CPUs are now known as SPU
Reference: Note:1430923.1 - New Patch Nomenclature for Oracle Products

To know what are the bugs fixed in a PSU only we can refer to the doucment <PSU number>.8
for example
To know the bug fixed in 11.2.0.3.4 refer to Note 14275605.8

I have added patchset numbers for older versions also in the note.Hope this will be helpful.

If you 're aware about any patch about PSU/SPU/One-off patch.
You can directly download from below link:
https://updates.oracle.com/download/6880880.html

But you need to select correct Release and Platform during download.

I have recently found this note, and find it very useful.
A couple of suggestions:

1. It would be useful to include GI/CRS patch nos, as well as the DB.  Or perhaps there is a similar Note for these products, in which case can you put a link to this.
   
2. It would be useful to include a link to the ""Bug Description" Note - i.e. <patch#>.8 - these Notes often contain useful information, including a list of patches included.

I checked patches for my environment and found below CPU/SPU patches:

 

Patch 14841437  -11.2.0.2
Patch 14841409  - 11.2.0.3

 

I was trying to check whether any bugs are being resolved by the patch and the impact of these bugs. Is there any way that I can get to know about these.
